Confessions of a Pantomime Dame

2nd July, The Public Hall

Having spent 16 years playing Shakespearian roles with the Festival Players Theatre, and many a sleuth in Agatha Christie thrillers, Richard Westcott is now one of this country's most celebrated pantomime dames and has appeared all over England in many disguises. For the past six years, he has played Daisy, the more fashionable and glamorous of the two ugly sisters in Cinderella and last season as Dame Tilly Trott in Jack and the Beanstalk.

On this occasion, Richard will be giving a talk/demonstration/entertainment based on the trials and tribulations, the fun and the laughter of playing in pantomime.
