10.00 until 14.00 Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays)
Friends Postal Bookings
Monday 12 May until Friday 16 May
The Box Office will process postal bookings ONLY from Friends of the Festival
Booking forms should be posted to the above address. Postal bookings will be dealt with in order of receipt.
Please ensure that a self addressed, correctly stamped envelope is enclosed with the booking form. This will avoid disappointment and delay.
Friends Personal Bookings
Monday 19 May until Friday 23 May
General Public
Tuesday 27th May
From the above date the general public will be able to book in person or by post.
Telephone and Email Bookings
Bookings can be made by telephone or via email to beamfest@btinternet.com. Tickets must be paid for within 48 hours or the tickets will be made available for resale.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque or cash.
Please make cheques payable to BEAMINSTER FESTIVAL.
To avoid difficulty, if we cannot supply all the tickets requested, please leave the amount blank and mark it 'not to exceed £.........'. The Box Office Staff will then enter the correct amount and notify you when sending back the tickets.

To place your order for tickets, either pick up a copy of the Festival Programme available from a variety of outlets around the town and beyond, or download a copy here.
When you've made your choices, please follow the directions above to post it into the Box Office, or bring it in person to The Yarn Barton Centre, Fleet Street, Beaminster, Dorset, DT8 3DR.
Refunds
In normal circumstances, we do not give refunds. Any requests for refunds will only be processed at the Box Office and not at concert venues.
Disabled Access
Please inform staff at the Box Office if you require help due to disability to access any of the venues used for the Festival. Disability access to St Mary's is via a lift from Church Street. There are no adapted toilet facilities at St Mary's. There are limited car parking spaces in The Square, and one by the lift in Church Street, for those with disabled parking permits.
Friends of Beaminster Festival
The Friends were formed to support the Festival. Members' subscriptions provide a vital source of funds dedicated to the sponsorship of the events programme.
SINGLE £12 - entitles you to 10% discount on 1 ticket per event
COUPLE £18 - entitles you to 10% discount on 2 tickets per event
Other benefits are:

- Priority booking for two weeks ahead of the general public.
